It’s the season for new SOBA.
At the entrances of many soba restaurants in Nagano City, there are signs appealing to passersby “We have started serving new soba.”
The annual New SOBA Dedication Festival was held at TOGAKUSHI Shrine CHUSHA on November 1st. TOGAKUSHI is a place famous for its traditional SOBA.
