Now winter has come. 24 SEKKI (Major division) of the lunisolar calendar tells greater snow (TAISETSU).
The HOKUSHIN region is one of the areas with heavy snowfall in Japan. However, in the plains of Nagano City, there is almost no snow. Although it is bitterly cold, in fact, there are more dry blue skies during the day.
