The season for NOZAWANA-ZUKE has arrived again this year.
This year, it was warm even after autumn, so I thought the harvest would be a little later, since it tastes much better if harvested after it has been exposed to several frosts and has softened.
Having said that, as expected of NOZAWANA! The pickled ones are super delicious!! The texture is more crunchy than crispy, which is irresistible.
We can’t survive the winter in HOKUSHIN without this!!!
