Just the season for new SOBA noodles.
We went to TOGAKUSHI (NAGANO City), where the TOGAKUSHI SOBA is well-known not only in SHINSHU but throughout all Japan.
And the SOBA served at a restaurant was made from special new SOBA powder that was for TOGAKUSHI shrines for appreciation of the good harvest this year and praying the next year’s production. It’s called KENNOU-SOBA.
We were back home not only with a full stomach, but also with a full spirit.
